Cervical Cancer Prevention Programmes
Across Ghana, many women continue to face persistent and often life-threatening barriers to accessing quality healthcare. In response, Mansa Engineering supports healthcare initiatives through Mansa Memorial Hospital, focusing on cervical cancer screening and prevention programmes.
Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable and treatable forms of cancer when detected early. Yet structural challenges, combined with the high cost of essential screening services such as Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid and Pap smears, place these life-saving procedures beyond the reach of many women in rural and low-income communities.

Many qualified nurses and midwives complete their education only to remain unemployed for years due to limited job opportunities.
