Bolting and Fasteners

Mansa Engineering provides industrial type fasteners to the various industries in Ghana. We have access to a wide range of engineered bolting for critical service and safety-related applications as well as forged fasteners including different sizes of bolts, nuts, pins, plugs, screws (self-drilling/ self-tapping, thread forming/cutting), sockets, threaded rods, u-bolts and washers all available in a variety of styles, materials and finishes. Stainless steel options are offered in all screw categories and in a variety of special configurations.

Flanges and Fittings

We consolidate and distribute steel and alloy flanges, fittings, and a wide variety of material grades allowing for faster manufacturing times on all types of pipe flanges.

Our strategic supply agreements, consolidation/packaging capabilities, and in-house logistics result in us providing a faster, cheaper, and better solution than our competition. Our material complies with various international standards, including ASME, ANSI, NACE, API, AWWA, DIN, JIS and customer-provided specifications.

Our core flanges and fittings products include:

• Blind, Weld Neck, Threaded, Slip-On, Lap Joint, Socket Weld, ANSI, ASME, API specified
• Flanges: 1/2” to 120” in outside diameter or per customer’s specifications.
• Fittings: 3000#, 6000# and 9000# in threaded and socket weld including 90° elbow, 45° elbows, tees, crosses, inserts, plugs, and street elbows.

Mansa Engineering’s dedicated project managers personally supervise orders through the quality requirements from start to finish. We have access to a wide range of sizes, grades, tensile strengths, and weld seems to meet various project applications. We work with manufacturers for Cut-to-length piping in order to reduce drops both bevelled and square cuts.
