We employ a range of NDT techniques to detect and analyze flaws and defects in materials and components, including ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing, Eddy current Inspection and visual Inspection using Rope access.
During our processes, we employ standards which provides a guiding method and techniques to;
- Detect flaws, size defects, discontinuities in materials and weldments during manufacture, fabrication, and construction of parts, components, and vessels without destroying the specimen at hand.
- To evaluated without destroying or changing their properties. Detected flaws are evaluated for possible rejection due to nonconformance to set acceptance criteria.
International nondestructive testing standards eg. American Society for Testing and Materials (ATSM), American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME BPV Code: Section V) are instrumental to laboratories and a wide variety of industrial plants for examining a material’s quality and, consequently, suitability for intended use.
